Professional Experiences
Lawyer, Project Manager, with extensive experience in the general associational world (Consumer, Banking, Patronage and Privacy), fluent in Italian, English and French. Since the year 2013, he has embraced the specialization of “Sports Law”, defluxed, in the associational field, with the assumption of top positions in amateur sports associations, Onlus and Sports Promotion Bodies towards which he has also fulfilled counseling and legal advocacy assignments. Creator of the concept of the “Amateur Sports Section,” he was Director of the National Scientific Committee of LIS - Lega Imprese Sportive, later assuming the presidency by unanimous election in 2021; component of the Criminal Chamber of Terni, with specific assignment for Relations with Associations and Institutional Bodies, trainer in Umbrian schools with the MIUR Project on the subject of Criminal Sports Law, training young people for constitutional principles. He is the Sports Law Referent for the Terni Bar Association. Author of contributions and notes to judgments in Journals on the subject of Sports Law, the Environment and Sports Facilities, he has held numerous conferences, training modules, conventions and interviews on the subject of Sports Law for Bodies and Forensic Foundations, and he also takes care, for associative subjects, of counseling in matters relating to calls and access to financing and sports credit, contractual matters in the organization and discipline of sports entertainment and organizational events. He is a Patron, before the various Sports Federations, of appeals for the protection of Associations and subjects registered therein for cases of relevance of domestic sports law, with victories that have constituted relevant jurisprudence on the subject of Sports Law.
