He followed the Prenke Jakova High School of Art where he graduated in Violin in 1996.

From 1996 he began studies at the Bari Conservatory until 2001 when he finished his studies.

From 2001 to 2003 he took advanced courses in pedagogy at the "Josquino Salepico" Academy.

In 1999 he enrolled at The University of Bari where he finished his studies in 2002.

At the same time from 2001 to 2003 he taught violin at private Italian schools.

From 2007 to 2010 Faculty of Law at University in Tirana.

From 2010 to 2012 Master in Public Law at University of Tirana.

2003-2005 worked at the Municipality of Molfetta (Ba).

2005-2011 worked at various entities in the field of security and cooperation.

2005- collaborates with various entities and NGOs from different countries such as Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Delegation Puglia and Lucania, Pope John XXIII Community, various Albanian, Italian, Montenegrin ministries and state and private entities ect.

In 2024 Master's degree in International Business Law at "UniCampusHETG" Geneve.
