Master's Degree - Cultural, Archaeological and Historical-Artistic Heritage
The Master's Degree course in “Cultural, Archaeological and Historical-Artistic Heritage” delves into the archaeological and cultural aspects of the European Middle Ages, expanding them with the archaeological, historical and artistic aspects of Byzantine Civilization and integrating them with all those cultural, social and religious aspects of the ancient world that continued to influence the European continent in the centuries following the fall of the Western Roman Empire. Successful completion of this degree program requires the award of 120 ECTS.
Modules and content
Upon completion of the Master's Degree in “Cultural Heritage,
Archaeology and Historical-Artistic Heritage” has as its main objective the training of professionals with in-depth skills in medieval European history and art such that they can produce specialized scientific studies that have as their object the cultural-historical continuity of the Greco-Roman world in the medieval European environment in the light of the Christian religion.
