To do this it is necessary to recover productivity and optimize costs by implementing,
first and foremost, a Lean Management policy that results in objective improvements, both qualitative and quantitative, in the management of the company through the elimination of all waste and the standardization of processes.

The Executive Master in Lean Management is aimed at training professional figures

STRUCTURE AND DURATION OF THE MASTER EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
The master's program is conducted in three modules for a total of 86 hours
Classes will be held biweekly with a duration of 4 hours
each.

1st lecture Monday, October 17, 2022
2nd lecture on Friday, October 21, 2022
Subsequent lessons will be announced by the Lecturer at the end of the
2nd lesson.
