Academy - Leadership & Management
The Academy in Leadership & Management has been developed to acquire, develop and strengthen specific skills in the role of Leader and business unit manager. The Leader and business unit manager is required to promote corporate values, lead and motivate a team, mediate conflict, develop technical-specialist skills to meet competitive market challenges, have self-awareness, empathy, charisma, listening and communication skills, resourcefulness and resilience, know how to organize the entrusted business unit, bring innovation and significant change The course enables the learner to embark on a path of personal and professional growth harbinger of a significant improvement in business performance. The course is aimed at those who manage people, or those about to assume this responsibility.
Modules and content
Training Objectives.
- To acquire the skills and behaviors necessary to be determined and effective and be empowered by them
- Effectively manage a team across business units
- Obtain a comprehensive view of all business functions and know how to organize them
- Acquire specific skills on organizing company resources and managing of people
- Identify opportunities for growth in the organizational structure, to lead the process of change and innovation
- Consolidate managerial practices

Admission Requirements.
Applicants with a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in economics, law, business may apply.
Verification and final test
Consists of simulating a role of responsibility on a critical situation previously described, in order to verify the learning of management skills and aptitude for problem solving and in a 10-page final thesis on one of the topics covered.
