Level I Master in Body, Spirit and Mind
The Level I Master in Body, Spirit, and Mind is designed to provide students with an integrated understanding of human well-being through analysis and practice in the fields of physical well-being, mental health, and spiritual growth. The course is divided into three thematic sections, each devoted to a specific aspect of self-knowledge and self-improvement:
1. Getting to Know Yourself: Exploration of the inner self, emphasizing the importance of not being immediately recognizable or easily labeled.
2. Opening Up: Development of the ability to express oneself freely through words, emotions and virtue, promoting authentic and empathic communication.
3. Giving of oneself: Insight into how to dedicate oneself to others while maintaining healthy personal boundaries, a crucial skill for psychological and relational well-being.
Modules and content
The master's program aims to:
- Develop deep self-awareness in participants, improving the capacity for self-analysis and self-regulation.
- Enhance communication and emotional skills, to enable better management of interpersonal relationships and group dynamics.
- Encourage the integration of mind, body and spirit to promote a holistic approach to health and well-being.
- Provide practical and theoretical tools for stress management and the promotion of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

The Level I Master's Degree Course in BODY, SPIRIT AND MIND offers several employment opportunities in the world of work. Below is a list of some of the possible employment outlets:
- Counseling in wellness and lifestyle coaching, helping clients develop personalized plans for physical and mental well-being.
- Roles in psychology and spiritual coaching, working in both private and corporate settings to improve the well-being of individuals.
- Training and continuing education sector, developing and leading workshops and seminars on topics related to integral well-being.
- Research and development in academic settings or in collaboration with institutions concerned with public health, wellness and social policy.
Admission requirements, examinations and final examination.
Applicants possessing a High School Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, Master's Degree, or Old Degree are eligible to apply. In the absence of the required qualifications, admission on dossier is possible, based on an evaluation of the qualifications obtained and the experience acquired, as well as the skills developed within the framework of professional activity.
Lectures will be delivered at the discretion of the Lecturer through term papers, commentaries, specialized manuals, handouts or lectures via live streaming platform. Evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.
The final examination consists of a Thesis of at least 30 pages on one of the topics covered during the Master's program.

Duration and Structure of the Level I Master's Degree
Duration: Quarterly / 40 HOURS
Attendance: 6 LESSONS OF TWO HOURS ONLINE AND ONE WEEKEND PER MONTH LIVE FOR THREE MONTHS (FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) IN ROME.

Registration: Always open year-round, subject to availability (maximum 10 students every 3 months)
In-person internship: 3 live weekends in Rome (one mandatory to pass the Master's degree)
